In the system of Transmission of Hadith, the nature and quality of the isnad is as important as the reliability of its transmitters in determining the state of belonging of a narration to the source to whom it is attributed. Certain types of Isnad are so predominant in determining the probability of a hadith to be authentic so that they oblige the factor of the reliability of its transmitters to remain in the background. When it is looked from this point of view, it seems that there is a need to have a categorical approach to the isnad models based on the probability of narrations theory and investigation and analysis of its potential effects on the results. The purpose of this paper is to make a theoretical analysis in this framework and to discuss its probable results.
